What is the best type of concrete for my project?

What are the steps involved in a concrete project?
The steps involved in a concrete project will vary depending on the size and complexity of your project. However, some of the common steps include:
- Preparation: The first step is to prepare the site for the concrete. This includes removing any debris, leveling the ground, and adding a layer of gravel or sand.
- Mixing: The next step is to mix the concrete. This is usually done by a concrete truck, but it can also be done by hand.
- Pouring: Once the concrete is mixed, it is poured into the form.
- Finishing: The final step is to finish the concrete. This can be done by screeding, floating, and curing.

How do I order concrete?
You can order concrete from a concrete supplier, like us, through a phone call or our online shop. You will need to provide us with the size of your project, the type of concrete you need, and the location of your project. If you don’t know, we’ll help you figure it out. We’ll then deliver the concrete to your job site.
How can I pay for concrete?
We offer the following payment options: cash, check, and credit card.
How much notice do I need to give for concrete delivery?
We usually require 48-hour notice for delivery. This will give us time to prepare the concrete and schedule a delivery truck.
How is concrete delivered?
Concrete is typically delivered by a concrete truck. A concrete truck is a large truck with a mixer at the back. The mixer is used to mix the concrete and keep it from setting during transport.

Who can I hire to do the work?
You can hire a concrete contractor to complete your project. Give us a call and we’ll refer you to some of our most trusted concrete contractors.
How long does it take for concrete to cure?
Concrete cures over time, and the curing process can take several weeks. During the curing process, concrete is susceptible to damage, so protecting it from the elements is important.
How do I care for my concrete?
Once the concrete has cured, it is important to care for it properly. This includes sealing the concrete to protect it from water and staining and repairing any cracks or damage that may occur.

What are your hours of delivery or what are your business hours?
M-F 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed Saturday, Sunday, and certain national holidays. Please call our customer service department if you require concrete delivery outside our working hours.

I ordered too much concrete. Do I need to offload all the concrete from the truck at my job site?
If you finish pouring concrete at the job site and there is still some concrete left over in the truck, the truck will take back any unused concrete to the plant and dispose of it properly at our facilities.

What is the minimum number of yards I can order?

How much time do I have to unload a truck?
60 minutes
What happens if I go past the allowed time to pour?
We will provide an additional 30 minutes to unload the truck for a $60.00 fee. In 90 minutes, the truck will need to return back to the plant.
How much time in advance should I call if I have to cancel my order?
You would have to call 2 hours before the scheduled time to make changes, reschedule or cancel your order.
Will I be charged a cancellation fee?
No, there is no cancellation fee. We can reschedule or refund the full amount.
Will I be allowed to pay the driver at time of delivery?
No, our drivers do not take any form of payment. You would have to get in contact with a sales person to arrange payment before your pour.
What is the maximum number of yards in one truck?
10 yards
